Happy Saturday you guys! How is everyone feeling? As I am writing this post, I am watching the Trump inauguration. I am still in a little disbelief.

I’m keeping it short today as I have an incredibly busy weekend ahead of me and I leave for Charleston on Monday! I’ll be there all week. .  and I can’t wait to learn, soak in information and just be with people who understand what I do on a daily basis. I have some GREAT recipes planned for next week so be on the lookout for two new fabulous recipes!

On to our meal planning week! I’m super excited about this week’s line-up! I am literally going to make every dish on this list! I might be the most excited about Taylor’s Thai Coconut Peanut Chicken Noodles. .  me and my family love Asian flavored noodles! And I can’t wait to try Ashley’s Buddha Bowl!

Prep Ahead: The entire bowl can be prepared in advanced and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup from Flavor the Moments. This is exactly what we’ll be needing in Wisconsin. .  we have snow in the forecast!
