10 Protein Rich Meals and Snack Ideas! For those of us eating lots of protein, this post is for you! I don’t know about you but I’m getting tired of eating chicken and beef. Here are 10 delicious and fun ways to get more protein, enjoy!

As we age, it’s super important to add more protein to our diets. Protein is also supposed to make us feel fuller for longer. When I’m stick of chicken or ground beef, I make these meals and snacks below. Also, nothing beats smoothies with protein powder or Greek yogurt with peanut butter and fresh fruit. What are some ways you try to get protein into your meals?

    I absolutely adore this list! I have been looking for methods to vary the sources of protein that I consume, and in particular, the cottage cheese recipes and the sweet potato bowl sound like they would be fantastic. Excited to give it a shot!
