The kids and I were at Panera Bread the other day and Madeline asked for a salad to go with her mac and cheese. The guy behind the counter was like, “That’s the first time I have ever seen a kid ask for a salad.” Insert proud mom moment.

Of course, she wanted to wash down the mac and cheese and salad with a big chocolate chip cookie.

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you know I’m big on fresh ingredients. Fresh veggies, fresh fruit, fresh herbs, organic chicken . . and I read all the labels. I like to know what the ingredients are in the foods I buy. Even in my mayonnaise.

Hellmann’s Organic Mayonnaise is made with organic cage-free eggs, organic expeller-pressed oil, and no artificial flavors and preservatives, so I can make my family’s favorite wraps, tuna salad sandwiches and even discover a new recipe and still feel confident I’m giving my family something good and using better, quality ingredients.

Wow! This looks amazing and sooo simple. I’m loving wrap and one hand eating recipes lately. Having a baby is fun, and interesting when you have to think about anything and everything you can eat with one hand. I’ve discovered eating with chopsticks is one of the easiest one handed things I can do!
