Happy Saturday! I’m heading back home today! I’ve been in South Carolina all week at a photography workshop. I had so much fun and learned a ton but am so looking forward to getting home. I have some very exciting things happening and lots to tell you in the coming weeks!
This week is going to be crazy so I’m going to be depending on this meal plan to get me through it! The first three recipes use quinoa in different ways and don’t worry, you won’t even notice you’re eating quinoa all three days. I love it when I can re-use an ingredient for meals in the same week! Saves time and money! So, when you make your quinoa, make a big pot and use it for the first three recipes.
