5 Ways To Enjoy Bell Peppers!! I’m trying to eat lighter these days and these quick and delicious hacks using bell peppers are delicious! 

I love all vegetables! So when I find new and different ways to enjoy them, I get excited. Also, summer break is right around the corner and I need all the quick, simple and delicious hacks and short cuts you can give me. Who else is with me?

My Love for Bell Peppers

I love bell peppers. I always have. Raw, stuffed, roasted or grilled. I think they are delicious and so versatile. And you can add them to practically anything!

5 Ways To Enjoy Bell Peppers

Not only are these low carb options but they are easy, quick and delicious! I hope you try them!

1) Bell pepper sandwich: Use turkey, ham, or keep it veggie! Anything goes! 
2) Wrapped bell pepper snack! Use deli meat or prosciutto!
3) Bell pepper with an egg: great for breakfast, season with salt and pepper and serve with fresh salsa!
4) Bell pepper boats (stuff them with whatever you like!): someone suggested cream cheese topped with everything bagel seasoning! Yum! I did hummus with chicken and balsamic glaze. 
5) Bell pepper pizza .. maybe my favorite!
