TODAY Show Thanksgiving!! I’ll be on The TODAY Show for their huge Thanksgiving Day Show on Wednesday, 11/27 at 8:30am. I hope you tune in!

That moment when you check your email and you have a fabulous email from your manager telling you The TODAY Show wants you on. .  and for their huge Thanksgiving Day Show! So much excitement filled me.

Phoebe goes to tutoring three times a week; not because she’s behind but because we want her to thrive in school so we’re being proactive with the tutoring now. Plus, since we are new to the area, she doesn’t do any extracurricular activities, so we have the time for this. Next Spring, however, Phoebe will try out for track so until then, she can go to tutoring three times a week. She hates me now but school work, as she moves into 8th grade and high school will be easier for her.

While Phoebe is at tutoring, Madeline and I go to Panera Bread, right across the street. Three words: free wi-fi. Plus, we can sit down, have a sandwich and we’re good for 2 hours. Needless to say, the entire staff knows us now because we are there three times a week. At any rate, it was when we were at Panera Bread and I was working and checking email, that I received the email. The glorious email.

My very first national TV debut was on The TODAY Show back in 2016 and I made this Asparagus Gruyere Tart! I can’t say what’s happening on Wednesday ..  you’ll just have to tune in!

I hope I can wish Hoda congratulations on her engagement! Be sure to tune in tomorrow, Wednesday 11/27 at 8:30am!

Here are more photos from when I was on the TODAY Show back in 2016! Here’s the segment. Enjoy!
