I can’t believe my nutrition class comes to an end on Friday. My time here in NY has been so fabulous, fun, and I have learned soooooooo much. Everyday as I’m walking to get my morning coffee in Brooklyn, I feel so grateful that I was even able to be here for two weeks. Thankful to my parents who are watching and caring for my children, thankful to my friend Susie for letting me crash at her place, thankful to all of my friends here who I got to meet up with, thankful for all the delicious meals, experiences and for such a vibrant, diverse and fun city.
New York is the place to be.
And even though I’ve had the time of my life. . I am so ready to get back to Dallas to see my children and then to head home to Madison.
