Chocolate + wine. This is my new favorite thing.

But not just any chocolate. A part of the Pastry Smart family, Mission Blue Confections combines the purest natural properties of the finest organic chocolate with unique handcrafted designs. They are “revitalizing the endangered art of confectionary.” I love this.

Their secret: “Infusing the perfect blend of texture, sweetness, and flavor, creating an unparalleled, uninhibited experience in the world of organic chocolate.”  Created in the heart of San Mateo, Mission Blue continues the rich tradition of fine craftsmanship, so affinitive to the history of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Now, let’s talk about their Bites Collection. Their Wine Confections of course! These are assorted pure organic chocolates that can be paired with your favorite wine or bottle of bubbly. There’s sure to be something here for everyone. Reds, Whites, Bubbly. .  they have it all covered. I love these so much.

These chocolates are not only beautiful and exquisite but they are also delicious. .  and when paired with the right wine. .  SO GOOD!! Now, of course, I had to sample a few of these myself with a bottle of red so I could give you my honest opinion here. .  but I saved the rest to enjoy with my husband and friends for Valentine’s Day.

Right now the Mission Blue Wine Confections (just released this past November) are available only in Southern California Whole Foods Markets but they are adding more store distributions every week for this product and the goal is to offer it in nationwide distribution through major market and specialty/natural grocery stores. So, you have to follow Mission Blue to get the latest information on stores offering these chocolates.

I want YOU to be able to enjoy these delicious artisan chocolates as well. .  I’m thrilled to tell you about this FABULOUS giveaway!!! A mixed (a few reds, a few whites, a few bubbles) case of our 2pack Wine Confections, along with a pair of our Mission Blue branded stemless wine glasses!! There will be 32 total chocolates total and this giveaway is worth an approximate $70 value!!

Gosh that is hard to pick only one. Can I mix the savvy and ruby julep? No. I guess I would have to choose the savvy one. I think that it remind me of nutella a little.
