And the Winner is. .

Marley! (confirmed)

This giveaway is now closed. Thank you for participating! Stay tuned for more giveaways coming soon!

So, the holidays are right around the corner and I don’t know about you, but I feel like I always have a ton of people to get gifts for. .  not because I have to but because I WANT to! Teachers, babysitters, other staff people at school, co-workers, neighbors, family and friends (of course).  This year, my goal is to stay on a budget and be semi-creative!  What better gift than a homemade baked bread or cookies or a cake or something? You can always give something else too with the baked good. .  but for me, I love baking for other people so when Welcome Home Brands reached out to me to test their oven-safe paper bakeware, I got super excited!

You can pop these babies directly in the oven or simply place on a cookie sheet. It’s that simple! And there’s no loaf pan to clean up! Awesome! AND, if baking something to give away, you can just wrap these and give these away! LOVE that! I love the cute designs on these pans and they are smaller than your standard loaf pan so I personally think they are the perfect size for individual gifts!  You will probably have to adjust your baking time, but just like any other time you are baking, just check your loaf every once in a while. I baked three at the same time and reduced my baking time by 5-10 minutes. Here’s more information on these loaf baking pans:

Oven-Safe Paper Bakeware by Welcome Home Brands

“Welcome Home Brands Paper Bakeware replaces metal bakeware with style, offering a whole new way to bake, serve, store, and give in one unit. It’s oven safe to 400°F and freezer safe, so consumers can bake and freeze in the same paper pan. Because it cuts down on cleanup, it streamlines the baking process and makes home baking easier and more fun. Manufactured in partnership with Temma Shiki of Japan, a global leader in paper bakeware, the Welcome Home Brands collection includes a variety of shapes, styles, designs, including everyday and seasonal collections.

The company also offers commercial Paper Bakeware for professional chefs, foodservice operators and caterers. Fully compliant with FDA rules and regulations, the line is ideal for serving single-serve portions, featuring an extensive array of designs and shapes to meet any foodservice need. The line also includes a variety of paper and plastic molds that are perfect for side dishes, frozen desserts and more.”

So, today, there’s no new recipe to share. .  I baked the Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bread mix with these since I am a) trying to find quicker ways for those of us who don’t have time to bake from scratch all the time, b) supporting one of my fave grocery stores: Trader Joe’s and c) my girls and I absolutely LOVE this Pumpkin Bread mix! It’s super yummy!

If you are, however, looking to bake something from scratch, here are some recipes you can use: Banana Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting and Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Bread.

These are an awesome idea! If I were baking for myself, I would probably make some kind of pumpkin bread as I have been craving all things pumpkin now that the weather in my state has gotten coooooold! Or I have been trying to come up with some ideas for dinners that I could make and take to a few friends that are going through a rough time, and I think these would be perfect to try a meatloaf or even to pack up some sides in. They would look so cute in the decorative containers!!! Cool!
