L O V E Cheese Board with Salami Roses. Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Make a L O V E cheeseboard with your loved ones and enjoy!

This year for Valentine’s Day, I wanted to make something fun and simple. Nothing too extravagant and something my kids could make. My kids are still going to school virtually and, well, Madeline will get Valentine’s Day cards from her classmates – the virtual parents do supply pick-ups every month– so the cards will be in there. But I wanted to do something fun for them since they aren’t in school and probably feel like they are missing out.

Nothing says love more than a cheeseboard. 🙂 I was going to try and mimic the LOVE sculpture in Philadelphia but, when recording my video, I did this upside down so trying to turn the O was hard.

I hope this gives you guys some inspiration and just a fun idea to do for Valentine’s Day. Enjoy!

How To Make a Salami Rose

You can watch my videos here to show you how to make them. They are super simple to make. Salami roses are the easiest to make using the pre-packaged, pre-cut larger pieces of salami. Start by stacking the salami pieces offset, as shown below.

Fold over, but don’t fold over exactly. Fold over so the top half is still showing more. This will create more dimension in your salami rose.

Roll to close and secure with a toothpick. Fluff out the salami a little and that’s it!
