My First HydraFacial here in Pennsylvania. HydraFacial is a multi-step, revitalizing skin treatment that deeply cleanses, removes dead skin cells, and extracts impurities while simultaneously replenishing the skin with antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid.
After being quarantined since mid-March, I haven’t had any facials or treatments done to my face/skin. Staying up later than usual, eating my share of greasy foods and sweets and the change in weather, were all reasons I wanted to get a HydraFacial. I just needed something to help deep clean and hydrate my skin.
My First HydraFacial
A HydraFacial is a multi-step, revitalizing skin treatment that deeply cleanses, removes dead skin cells, and extracts impurities while simultaneously replenishing the skin with antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. I’m not 100% sure when these became popular but I started hearing about them more and more and finally decided to get one.
Here in Pennsylvania, where I live, I went to George Waldron salon, where they offer a Signature, Deluxe and Platinum HydraFacial. I got the Platinum HydraFacial:
An enhanced version of the Signature HydraFacial, the Deluxe incorporates your choice of a super-serum booster and LED light therapy. Red LED Lights to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and smooth skin’s texture. Blue LED Lights to target acne and bacteria while improving the appearance of oily and congested skin. Your esthetician will personally evaluate your skin and provide recommendations on which booster option will provide the best results for your skin.
Choice of Serum Boost:
- Restorative: HydraFacial CTGF™ recharges your skin with powerful peptides specifically designed to restore skin health and improve the appearance of skin tone, texture, and elasticity.
- Radiance: Specially formulated to target and minimize the appearance of dark spots, sun damage, and hyperpigmentation. Britenol™ is clinically proven to leave skin glowing with a more even complexion.
- Age Refinement: DermaBuilder™ reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles using skin conditioning peptides used to hydrate, firm, and soothe the skin.
- Clarifying: Includes extended extractions and additional Blue LED Light Therapy to remove congestion, soothe the appearance of red, sensitized skin, and prevent future inflammation.
Platinum HydraFacial:
An enhanced version of the Signature HydraFacial, the Deluxe incorporates your choice of a super-serum booster and LED light therapy. Red LED Lights to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and smooth skin’s texture. Blue LED Lights to target acne and bacteria while improving the appearance of oily and congested skin. My First HydraFacial
You can see everything in the video below. Please note, I have sun spots on my cheeks that I have worked on for the past four to five years to lighten. This is why we use the Britenol. Brightens and balances skin tone while minimizing the appearance of darks spots and sun spots.
I was very happy with my first HydraFacial. My skin felt super smooth and so clean immediately afterwards. My sun spots were pink after the procedure but looked a little lighter to me the next day but that’s not why I got the HydraFacial. If you are looking for something to deep clean, extract, and hydrate, I highly recommend trying this! If you are in the PA area, I highly recommend checking out George Waldron salon.
