Spring is finally here in the state of Wisconsin! It took some time but it’s here!! We are going to have fabulous, beautiful weather this weekend and I am so excited!
I’m training for a half marathon (at the end of the month) so the nice weather came just in time! We are in full swing with spring produce this week so be sure to check out all of the fabulous recipes down below! I don’t know about you but I’ve been all about seafood lately and asparagus and peas are some of my spring faves!
I’m making shrimp today, I made this Citrus Shrimp last night and will have something fabulous on the blog on Monday, so don’t miss it!
And some sad news: Next Saturday will be the last “healthy weekly meal plan” post. I’m still going to post meal plans but not every week. I am just trying to prioritize my time better and of course still want to continue to bring you guys great content! If this is devastating news for you, let me know and I’ll see what I can do!
