Happy Saturday you guys! Just like I knew it would, this past week flew by! We’re spending the day today with the kids and will hopefully be enjoying the nice, somewhat warmer weather.
I don’t know about you, but I love spring time because of all the great produce! And, here in Madison, our year-round farmer’s market finally moves back outside! I can’t wait!

This is large enough to feed a crowd so if you are just making this for your family, use only one sheet of puff pastry!
