Pumpkin Spice Coffee!! A hot, delicious cup of Folger’s new Coffeehouse blend coffee flavored with hints of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spices. .  what could be better for your morning coffee?

The perfect morning for me is quiet. If it’s a good day, I’m up at least an hour before the kids wake up and have my morning coffee in peace. This time is sacred for me. I get some work done, check my emails and savor every sip of my coffee.

If you know me, you know I need my coffee in the morning. I cherish it. I love it.

Even when I’m traveling, or staying at a hotel, the first question I will ask at the front desk is “where’s the closest coffee shop” or “do you guys serve coffee in the lobby and if so, what time?”

I’m serious about my coffee you guys. And I don’t think I’m a coffee snob. As long as it’s good tasting coffee, I’m good. I don’t know if it’s the hot coffee waking me up, or the delicious, so satisfying taste that I love so much . .  it’s probably both.

Growing up, my parents were also coffee fanatics. And the only coffee brand my parents purchased was Folger’s Coffee. Now, back then, my parents, and if you’re Korean you understand this, only drank instant coffee. God bless them.

They boiled water, poured it into their mugs and mixed up the Folger’s instant coffee and they were set. We didn’t own a coffee maker at the time and my parents were probably always in a rush to leave the house so I understand why the instant coffee was crucial for them. Now, my parents have a Keurig and a little more time in the mornings and all is right with the world.

When Folger’s reached out to me and told me about their new coffee, I was skeptical. I only knew about the instant coffee my parents drank all the time. Whether you brew your coffee in an automatic drip coffeemaker, French Press, Cold Brew or in a Keurig® brewing system, Folgers® Coffeehouse Blend coffee has you covered and you still get that great, smooth, delicious coffeehouse flavor. It’s so good!

And because it’s fall and I’m all about pumpkin spice everything, I had to make this Pumpkin Spice Coffee for you guys.

Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice!

Don’t have pumpkin pie spice? No worries! Make your own pumpkin pie spice at home! Make a big batch and save some for baking with too!

I just always loved the Folgers jingle in commercials. It was so catchy! I think my mother-in-law still uses instant coffee. More power to her! I’m a k-cup fan myself. 🙂
Love pumpkin spice anything, so I’m already sold on this. I love my quiet time in the morning. It’s so great to have some kid-free time before the day gets rolling!

I think it’s a foreign thing because my Greek inlaws are STILL all about the instant coffee too, despite being here for 40+ years lol. Loving this easy way to seasonalize your morning cup!
