Happy Saturday! We are in Chicago spending the day with friends and then head to Milwaukee tomorrow for a Brewers game! We are literally soaking up every last bit of summer before school starts next week! If you want to watch the fun, follow me on Instagram stories or snapchat.
By this time of the year, if you have kids, you’re getting back into those school night routines and you’re hitting up some of your favorite food blogs and Pinterest for some recipe inspiration. Be sure to check out the meal plan we have for you this week! Even though we’re back to school, summer produce is still out there, so we have a few recipes down below still making the most out of zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes and blueberries.

Baked Salmon Salad with Roasted Potatoes from me.
Prep Ahead: This is one of my favorite salads! The salmon is optional if you don’t eat fish but I highly recommend adding it! This recipe is also Whole 30 approved.
