My Week Of Dinners on The Kitchn

My Week Of Dinners on The Kitchn! I was recently interviewed and photographed in my new kitchen. My first photoshoot in the new kitchen, hooray! I’m so excited to share these family favorite recipes with you all!

All photos are from Jenny Ham Studio

Friends, we did it. We’ve moved in. And thanks to Jenny Ham and The Kitchn, we have these beautiful photos of our new kitchen, the heart of our home.

Like most families, I’m sure, we spend probably 80% of our time downstairs and at least 70% of that time in the kitchen and living room. I love having a large island that we can all gather around. We are not formal people at all. Sometimes, I eat standing up at the island, while my kids are seated at the counter as well.

When The Kitchen reached out and asked me to do this feature, I was so excited. Especially, this month, May, which is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. I am just grateful to be featured and to share a little bit of myself and these recipes with you all. This was supposed to be published in May ..  but I’m still good with early June!

My Week Of Dinners

We initially were wanting to shoot this outside but there’s a huge materials shortage for decks and demand is crazy so our deck build has been pushed out several months. It sucks but we are dealing with it. This will not be the grilling summer out on the deck like I was planning. We might be grilling out of our garage instead.

This Week of Dinners focuses on Korean and Asian food and of course, a mix of easy-to-follow recipes along with more complicated or time consuming ones.

I hope you guys check out the feature, click here!

And a huge thank you to Jenny Ham for the beautiful photos and for capturing me and my daughters in the kitchen.
