Nectarine Tomato Mozzarella Salad! Sweet, salty, fresh and bright! Celebrate the month of August and the last month of summer break with this delicious and fresh salad!! It’s so easy to make and so good!

Peaches and nectarines are plentiful right now and I just love how sweet and delicious they are. I personally prefer nectarines over peaches. I think the first peach I had as a kid as too furry or something. I love them both but if I had to pick one to eat, it would be a nectarine.

Stone fruit are really just so versatile and delicious. Peaches, plums, cherries, nectarines, apricots and mangoes are not only delicious on their own but they can also be used in so many different ways in recipes. Raw or baked, stone fruit is one of my favorites!

Nectarine Tomato Mozzarella Salad

I know you’ve probably seen this before ..  heck, you might have already tried this but I got the idea when I was eating a caprese salad and then my husband was cutting up a nectarine. And then, boom! This salad was born. I absolutely adore salads like this in the summer. So easy to make, you are not cooking anything, it’s quick and requires minimal ingredients. I hope you give this one a try! It’s so good!

Click here for my homemade walnut spinach pesto.
If you're coming here from my recent video, instead of pesto, you can simply use a bed of fresh baby arugula as the foundation on your plate.
