Honestly, I wasn’t even going to mention this on the blog but due to a mix up with a brand, I can’t publish the Monday post I had ready to go. . so. . . .
I’m sharing this skillet chocolate chip cookie again and asking for your VOTE.
The TODAY Show put out a casting call to all TODAY Food Club contributors to ask, “Think you have the culinary chops to be on TODAY? Post a video of your best cooking demo, share links to past live TV appearances and show why you should join us in the TODAY kitchen. You may get the chance to come on air and teach our anchors to make your signature dish!” You guys, this would be a dream of mine. . to be on the TODAY Show cooking. . with anyone!
A little background on the skillet cookie. . I took over the TODAY Show Food Instagram account about 8 weeks ago and posted a photo of the chocolate chip skillet cookie above and I believe it still holds the record for the most likes on a photo in their IG Feed, 3,772 likes! So, I thought. . I would love to go on the TODAY Show and make this skillet cookie! or frankly, I would make anything they would want me to make!
