Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches by Hip Foodie Mom

Happy Thursday everyone!

Today is truly wonderful because of TWO things. .  It’s National Peanut Butter Cookie Day!!!

AND

It’s my beautiful friend, Allie’s 1st year blog anniversary!!! Allie is the mastermind baker behind the beautiful blog, Baking A Moment. We met at last year at IFBC in Seattle and met up again recently at BlogHer Food in Miami.  Allie, Jocelyn, Connie and Zainab (the other fabulous bloggers joining Allie’s giveaway today) are quickly become my blogging BFFs. We seriously text each other everyday.

Everyday. I’m not even kidding.

These ladies are fabulous and passionate about what they do.

Now, I need to get back to Allie here. .  if you haven’t visited her beautiful blog, you need to. She is the baker extraordinaire and well, is a baking genius. I love her Simply Perfect recipe series where she shows you how to make, well, perfect cupcakes, blueberry muffins, Pate a Choux and the list goes on. .  and her photos and recipes are always amazing.

Allie’s a mom just like me so I understand what she has to go through to maintain her beautiful blog and take care of a family. She thinks I’m Super Woman but I think she’s the one with the flowing red cape.

Oh, and since it’s National Peanut Butter Cookie day, I brought the peanut butter cookie sandwiches you see above. Click here for this fabulous recipe. Peanut butter lovers, this one will not disappoint.

If not I am going to MAKE it international by baking up pb cookie goodness tonight!) but I am happy to celebrate right alongside you! I don’t know Allie but I am heading over to Baking A Moment to celebrate right now… yay! xx

OMG girl, these cookies look divine. I just want to stuff my face full of them. Lurvvveee PB, but PB doesn’t love me. Le sigh. Can have in small quantities though – totally not fair, but the best way I can get my PB fix.

Love Allie’s blog. She’s such a sweet lady. So thoughtful and kind, bless her. I haven’t had the pleasure in meeting her though being across that big ass pond. I’m uber jealous of your recent BlogHer gathering. *dreams* Someday, hopefully.
