I´m in love with this recipe Alice. First of all, soba noodles are an obsession. Add lemongrass, lime and sriracha, and I can´t stop thinking about this! I might even have all ingredients at home right now (except for the herbs). And about library cookbooks, I used to do that when in DC visiting my brother, but then I had to return home. Can you imagine the amount I would check out every single week?
