We will cover Meal Planning Basics: how to get started, how to grocery shop, how to prep and how to successfully meal plan for your family. Alice will also demo three recipes and we’ll talk though tips, tricks and helpful strategies to get you started.

The focus of this class will be on balanced, healthy meals and Samantha Gollup, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, will also be there to answer questions. We will reserve time for questions at the end and Alice and Samantha will stay for as long as needed to answer any questions. You will leave the class with a meal planning packet and recipes to get you started.

Space is limited to 50 people (and is expected to fill quickly) so register now! Fun product giveaways included!
