Happy Saturday you guys! Just like I knew it would, this past week flew by! We’re spending the day today with the kids and will hopefully be enjoying the nice, somewhat warmer weather.
I don’t know about you, but I love spring time because of all the great produce! And, here in Madison, our year-round farmer’s market finally moves back outside! I can’t wait!
This week we have five delicious and fabulous recipes! I’m definitely trying to eat lighter so the Strawberry Spinach and Asparagus Salad from Spoonful of Flavor is definitely happening! Have a great weekend and I’ll be back on Monday with this!

Asparagus Gruyere Tart from me! This is a family favorite and always a stunner at any brunch or gathering. Using ready made puff pastry saves time and makes this savory tart oh so flaky and delicious! This is large enough to feed a crowd so if you are just making this for your family, use only one sheet of puff pastry!
Friday
Chopped Mexican Kale Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing from Lauren Kelly Nutrition.
