Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 12.10.16! A healthy weekly meal plan featuring Broccoli Chicken and Cheese Wild Rice Casserole, Pasta e Fagioli, One Pot Creamy Sausage Roasted Red Pepper Pasta and more!
Happy Saturday everyone! How is everyone doing? How many of you are baking? I’ve been feeling really run down and tired but I’ve been trucking along and pushing through all of end of the year work. I can see the finish line so I’m happy about that but I have about a little over a week more to go!
I wish I had gotten my flu shot a while ago. Now, I’m not sure if it’s wise for me to get it? Anyway, does social media make you guys want to bake or not want to bake? I’ve been baking like crazy but when I go to Facebook or Instagram and see all of the beautiful, delicious cookies, I want to bake more.
What’s wrong with me?!
It’s supposed to snow here over the weekend and next week will get pretty cold. Like 4 degrees for the high one day and 8 degrees for the high the next day. Yeah, it’s going to be cold . . and that’s not even the wind chill.
The weather will determine whether we bake or shop on Sunday. . so I’ll keep you posted. This week it’s all about comfort food! We have a great line up of recipes so be sure to check out the recipes down below! I’ll be back on Monday with a great recipe for the holidays!
