This is the ideal trio for preparing quick and healthy meals. The ceramic 5″ Slicing Knife is an all-purpose knife, the ultimate
cutting tool for every day slicing of fruits, vegetables, boneless meats and fish. I diced up some green onions to throw on my Asian salad.
Ceramic knives won’t brown foods. . I am going to get some basil to test this. . No metallic ions to transfer – won’t alter the taste, smell or appearance of food. Will never rust. What?! I also think it’s so cool to have a white, ceramic knife! And the razor-sharp blade stays sharper longer. Kyocera advanced ceramic blades offer superior edge retention, holding their edge at least 10 times longer than other professional cutlery, including high carbon steel.

The Perfect Peeler is adjustable, for right or left-handed usage, and can peel at versatile angles for ease of use. My husband loves this! The non-slip ergonomic handle makes peeling tasks quick and precise. The Adjustable Slicer offers slices from paper-thin to 3mm with a simple turn of the rotating bar on back. First, just let me say…woah! I’ve never seen a ceramic knife before, nonetheless one of this quality or from this maker. It looks absolutely incredible and entirely vital in the kitchen. My own knife set is years-worn and in dire need of replacement, they’re more of a hazard than they are of a help at this point (but hey, that’s just how it goes when you’re a home cook right? ^^). I am certainly going to try to snag one of these somehow!

I have not! But this looks awesome! Would love to try it out 🙂
Cristina
I’ve been wanting a ceramic knife! What an amazing giveaway. Honestly, as much as I love a great knife in the kitchen, I think I’d actually be most excited for the mandoline. I’ve never owned one, and sometimes I can get pretty frustrated slicing.
