Valentine’s Day Dinner Recipe Roundup! Staying in? Here’s a Valentine’s Day Dinner Recipe Roundup of some of my go-to recipes!!

Sadly, it’s been a while since we went out to eat at a restaurant. We order food and bring it home. We just don’t go out to eat as much anymore.

In The Early Stages of Dating

In the early stages of dating and even in our married life, Paul would buy me roses and we would would go out to eat for Valentine’s Day. That quickly changed after we had kids and to tell you the truth, I don’t miss it; especially on Valentine’s Day. I know I shouldn’t be saying that but it’s true. Maybe it’s because I’m older, maybe it’s because we rarely (I don’t think I really have at all in over a year or two) get dressed up and fancy and go out. Wait, I take that back. I kind of got dressed up for a date night last October. Sad. Sad.

But truly, it’s all good. I’d much rather cook and eat at home. Paul can do the dishes. What do you do? If you have kids, do you get a babysitter and go out on Valentine’s Day?

Valentine’s Day Dinner Recipe Roundup

This round-up primarily consists of pasta and meat. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with one of these especially if this is a Valentine’s Day for your whole family. enjoy!

Broken Lasagna Pasta with Meat Sauce

Pasta alla Vodka

Shrimp Scampi with Pasta

Seafood Pasta

Steaks in the Oven

Best Steak Marinade if You are Grilling
