I love Madison Chefs! A new video series which will highlight the talented chefs here in Madison, Wisconsin!

I’m thrilled to be partnering with the I Love Madison Show to kick off a brand new series called I Love Madison Chefs! After moving here to Madison 5 years ago, I’ve come to really love and embrace the food scene here. We have award winning chefs and restaurants, people, farmers, producers and artisans who are passionate about what they do and it shows.

It’s my goal with this series to highlight what our chefs are doing here and to show the rest of the country how fabulous Madison, Wisconsin is!

For our very first episode, I chose one of my favorites: Chef Daniel Fox of Heritage Tavern. Dan also raises his own heritage hogs and runs Fox Heritage Farms and Willow Creek Farms. We hope you enjoy the video below and be sure to watch the entire thing! We make one of my favorite dishes from the restaurant: their HERITAGE PORK SCHNITZEL braised red cabbage, sour cream spätzle, pickled aronia berries, mustard cream sauce, pork reduction! It’s incredible.

Stay tuned for more videos in 2019!
