It’s so hard to explain to someone who doesn’t cook, how necessary good knifes are. My husband just can’t understand why we need new knives even though ours are from the generic set we got as a wedding gift 11 years ago… Knife handles shouldn’t fall off when too much pressure is applied. ??♀️
