I love it when I discover new foods, snacks or drinks. Especially when- in this case– the drinks are 100% natural and packed with antioxidants. These drinks are Bai 5 Antioxidant Infusions. Now, these drinks may not have the majority of their antioxidants from typical sources like blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries.

Have you heard of coffeefruit?

Bai’s antioxidants come from their superfruit: coffeefruit which they source from the high altitude coffee fields of Indonesia. “It’s the tropical climate and strong Equatorial sun that make coffee from Indonesia some of the finest and deep-bodied in the world. It’s coffeefruit, rich in free-radical fighting properties, that protect coffee beans against damaging UV rays with a rich red fruit. By the time coffee has been harvested and separated from its fruity covering a powerful resource of antioxidants has been created, one that we infuse into every bottle of Bai 5.”

Everyone is already familiar with the inside of the coffeefruit, the aromatic bean that provides you with your coffee each morning. But BAI would like to introduce you to the coffeefruits’ outside, the juicy red protector of the coffee bean that they call superfruit. The antioxidant-rich berries may have coffee in their name but each one is a free-radical fighting powerhouse that delivers refreshing, pure fruit flavor.

Hello? Could this be the next Acai berry?

I’m just amazed that someone discovered this.

So, how do these taste? They are light and refreshing and have a nice blend of the infused flavors, depending on what flavor you are trying.

Well, obviously you need to try these in order to really get the full experience so I have partnered with Bai and we are giving away an entire case of these drinks, a variety pack so you can sample more than just one flavor. So, far, my favorite flavor is Brasilia Blueberry!! yum!
