My morning coffee. . .

I love my morning cup of coffee. It’s something I always have to look forward to. . something I know will always be there (as long as there isn’t a power outage or my coffee maker doesn’t break down, or my nanny doesn’t break the coffee carafe while doing the dishes; this has happened twice). . and yes, I drink my coffee with French Vanilla CoffeeMate creamer (which probably has paint thinner in it; I hear it’s actually not very good for you but I can’t help myself).

And even though I LOVE my coffee, I am not a big Starbucks person . . I’d rather pay the $3 or 4 bucks for a cupcake. I’ll take a Sprinkles cupcake over a Starbie’s latte any day. . I have to have my morning coffee at home, alone, in the quiet. . before anyone else in the house is awake. . LOVE this time of the day. I’m not too terribly particular about my coffee beans but I really like the Newhall Coffee Roasting Company’s Patriot blend. You can pick this up at any Sam’s Club or Costco. Yes, I buy my coffee in bulk!

LOVE my morning coffee. . you wouldn’t want to be around me if I don’t drink this before I leave the house 🙂
