Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats! So delicious and something I definitely recommend trying while you can get your hands on delicious peaches this summer!

If you know me, you know I love overnight oats. Blueberry and Banana, Almond Butter and Banana, and Peanut Butter overnight oats with chocolate protein powder. Oats, protein powder, milk and fruit, what’s not to love?!

Sometimes, I forgot to make them the night before, so I quickly make them in the morning, let them sit with my oats for 10-30 minutes and I eat them! I can seriously eat them either way. Lately, I have been enjoying gluten free rolled oats but you can obviously use whichever oats you prefer.

I’ve been trying to decide if I’m a sweet or savory breakfast (or meal #1) person. I think I’m both. I love my savory egg breakfasts, avocado toast and more. But I also love sweet breakfasts like this or a smoothie, or pancakes or waffles with fruit and maple syrup.

Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats

This recipe calls for rolled oats, ground cinnamon, chia seeds, coconut milk (or any milk), yogurt, vanilla extract and more. You can easily sub out different ingredients based on what you have at home or what you like! I hope you give this a try! Enjoy!

Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats! Filled with peaches, so delicious and something I definitely recommend trying this summer!

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 splash maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 large peach cut into small chunks

  • When ready to eat, give everything a good mix and enjoy!

Notes

*as you make this recipe more and more, you can tailor it to create the consistency of overnight oats that you like. Add more milk or add less. Some people like to use 1 cup of milk, others, just a 1/2 cup. It's up to you! Enjoy!
