3/4cupmilk* any kind (almond, coconut, regular dairy milk)
1/2teaspoonvanilla extractoptional
1splash maple syrup optional
1/2largepeach cut into small chunks
Instructions
In your jar, or in a mixing bowl, combine everything from the rolled oats to the maple syrup. Stir to combine. If not already in a jar, transfer to a jar and top with the peaches. Place lid on and refrigerate overnight, or at least for a few hours.
When ready to eat, give everything a good mix and enjoy!
Notes
*as you make this recipe more and more, you can tailor it to create the consistency of overnight oats that you like. Add more milk or add less. Some people like to use 1 cup of milk, others, just a 1/2 cup. It's up to you! Enjoy!
