I can hardly believe it’s December! This year just flew by and now the holiday season is upon us! This is truly my favorite time of the year. I don’t know if it’s the act of putting up a tree with decorations and lights or because it’s the season of giving and helping others .. it’s probably a combination of both. A few weeks ago, I was in NYC and watched the lights show outside Saks Fifth Avenue. I must say it was pretty spectacular. Saks partnered with Disney, this time to bring the world and characters of Frozen 2 to life following the movie’s theatrical debut on November 22. Beyond all of the holiday festivities, I love this time of the year most because I get to see my family. My parents and brother and sister and their families. As long as we have been dehydrating things as a society, I am surprised cheese has never been tried before!! These are a great idea, especially for packing along. I was going over their FAQ page and I saw that these are made in Washington state, in a town I used to live in.
