Pecan Apple Pumpkin Pie! This is the ultimate Thanksgiving pie (three pies in one!) with a layer of spiced apples, pumpkin pie filling and finished off with caramelized pecans. It’s delicious! Click here for the recipe!

We’re in the home stretch! Thanksgiving is next week and it’s time to plan and grocery shop! We’ve covered Thanksgiving Day sides, the turkey, and now we have to cover, what I certainly look forward to: Thanksgiving Day dessert.

What are your thoughts on dessert? I love it. I always save room for dessert and if I’m full, which is very likely after eating Thanksgiving Day dinner, I just wait an hour or two and have dessert. I love a variety. Pies, cake, cookies and more. I want it all. If you’re looking for that one dessert that’s going to WOW, this is it.

(Please note: The video below starts out with no sound. . just wait a couple of minutes. I demonstrate how to make pumpkin pie and this pie.)

I’ve had the great pleasure and honor of partnering with Go Bold with Butter three years in a row now for Thanksgiving! Tuesday, I will be going live from their Facebook page and making an herb compound butter, a few side dishes and a dessert! Tune in on Tuesday at 1pm CST.

If you’re not sure what you want to make this year for Thanksgiving dessert and want a bit of a challenge, I highly recommend making this pie! It’s not hard at all but takes a little bit of time, and it’s absolutely delicious!
