Happy Saturday you guys! It’s a long weekend for us so I’m stoked! Going to try to get a lot done around the house and cook, bake and clean. It’s all doable right?!

Over the holidays I put on a few pounds and I’m happy to report that my clothes are already fitting better and I’m feeling better. I’ve been eating lighter, not over eating and exercising.

Be sure to check out the recipes this week because it’s a great line-up! I’ll be making spaghetti squash boats this week for sure! Now, if only I could go running outside.  .
