Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 11.19.16! A healthy weekly meal plan featuring Butternut Squash Lentil Coconut Curry Soup, Balsamic Roasted Butternut Squash and Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate, a Warm Artichoke Salad and more!
Happy Saturday! Today, we are celebrating my youngest daughter’s birthday. If you are reading this, I am probably running around town, picking up the cupcakes, the pizza, getting set-up and wrapping last minute gifts. There’s something about a child’s birthday party that just makes me smile. Her face will be lighting up and smiling and I know she will be so happy. I know Madeline will be thrilled when her friends arrive and I hope everyone has a good time.
In case you missed it, I did two Facebook live videos with Go Bold With Butter this week. You guys, it was a jam packed week over here! You can click here and here to watch the videos!
And then, Sunday, we are hosting a gathering for my friend Rina, who lost her battle with cancer on November 1st. I am just hoping and praying for a lovely gathering where we can celebrate her life and support her husband, Joe.
Next week is Thanksgiving and I can hardly believe it. Prepping for my live videos, I have actually been making Thanksgiving dinners for the past 3 weeks (turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, hasselback potato gratin, gravy, pumpkin pie, pecan apple pumpkin pie and more). . so I think I should be able to make this dinner in my sleep! If you want any of these recipes, just let me know!
So, if you don’t know what you’re making next week, check out all of these fabulous recipes below! And be sure to check out Marcie’s Dry Brined Orange Rosemary Roasted Turkey down below . . it looks amazing!
