Today is July 8th and this is my LAST Whole30 Day! Day #30!! I made it! I didn’t do it perfectly . . especially in these last 10 days but I did pretty darn well and I’m happy!! So, how am I celebrating today?

By bringing you a salad!

    Congrats on finishing the Whole30 month…that is awesome! But let’s talk about this amazing berry salad. It has all of the best of summer in it, and I could totally imagine a big bowl of that in my fridge right now. 🙂 I’ve never thought about putting salad dressing on a fruit salad…but I’ll have to give that a shot. I love Newman’s Own dressings!

      Heather, I feel great actually . . I did miss cheese terribly but just focused on salads and veggies. . and I never felt bloated at all. Like, never. It’s amazing what happens when you cut out carbs, dairy and sugar! and thank you!!! hoping the retreat is great!

    Good for you for finishing the Whole30, and good for you for knowing that it’s okay that you weren’t “perfect” about it.

    As for the Newman’s Own dressings, we use several different varieties, but one we always go back to is the Parmesan & Roasted Garlic.
