It’s insane the number of emails I get on a daily basis asking me if I want to sample a new product. As a food blogger, it’s fun but now that I’ve dabbled in a lot of reviews and tried a lot, I now only accept a few.
I look at the packaging, what the company and brand is about, how and why they started and of course, the product itself. And when I find something I like and want to see do well, I’m happy to let you guys know about it! And secretly Shark Tank is one of my favorite shows to watch and I love seeing small business owners succeed!
Seven Sundays is a company started by a couple, Hannah and Brady, who were on their honeymoon in New Zealand.. “Inspired by honeymoon memories and focusing on simple but unique ingredients, Hannah created the recipe that became their Original New Zealand recipe. Three more recipes and a year later, they were back home in Minnesota, testing the products at their local farmer’s market.”
Their mission is to clean up the cereal aisle and make breakfast special again. They are going back to the basics, with nutrient-dense grains, nuts, seeds, fruits and muesli. Muesli is quite simply the least processed form of cereal in the world. With real ingredients like whole grain oats, whole grain rye, whole grain barley, organic honey, pecans, coconut, flaxseeds, nuts, sunflower seeds, banana chips and more, how could you say no to this?
Plus, I’ll be honest, I love that they are right here in the Midwest.
We, of course, tried the muesli with fresh fruit and yogurt. One Saturday morning, I set up a buffet-style table and let the girls top their yogurt with what they wanted. Smiles all around. Except they both wanted the blue bowl. Note to self: the next time I am prop shopping and I decide to buy one bowl of each color, buy TWO of each color.
Seven Sundays is special and we love their muesli!! It’s not overly sweet at all and tastes delicious. We even used some to top our Sunday morning pancakes!
But since it’s still extremely cold here in Wisconsin and I get cold in 20 degree weather (so you know when I say cold, I’m cold). Their Minne Mueslis hit the spot. You can pour milk or hot water directly into these containers and heat them up.
I enjoyed mine with hot almond milk, fresh fruit and a touch of honey.
But seriously, you guys, Seven Sundays can be enjoyed everyday of the year! Warmed up or not! You can find Seven Sundays at Target .. or online so I hope you guys give them a try! And enter the giveaway below!

This muesli sounds delicious…and what’s even better is the story about how Seven Sundays started.
