Life Update: I’ve Lost 10 lbs. Here Is What I Have Done!  In addition to losing weight, I’ve gained muscle, understand my body better and feel great! I did Faster Way To Fat Loss. Read more down below. 

I really don’t want to show a before and after photo because I’m not finished yet. 6 weeks ago, I started Faster Way To Fat Loss. The initial program is 6 weeks and I’m not sure what I was expecting but I’m super happy with my results so far.

As a food content creator, I got carried away with making the viral food recipes and the ones that were doing well. .  because who doesn’t want to see a gigantic sandwich being made or a cheesy pasta? And let me clarify, there’s nothing wrong with making a huge sandwich. I was cooking maybe 3 to 4 recipes a day and eating non-stop. I was still exercising but I was coming home from working out and eating a huge hoagie and then eating more. You get the picture.

I needed to change something.

Faster Way To Fat Loss will help you but it’s hard work. You have to put in the work and you have to want to do it. I was so happy when I told you guys on social media and then asked if you guys wanted simple, healthy recipes, and almost everyone said yes!

Whole food nutrition, Macronutrient Tracking, Intermittent Fasting, Carb Cycling and working out. This is the magical formula, or at least this is what’s working for me. I will bet that it will work for you too if you’re looking for something to do. And if you are female and have a tummy area that you are trying to lose, this is it. I’m constantly surprised that I’m still eating rice and potatoes (much smaller amounts) and other delicious food and I’m still losing weight. 

Life Update

My 6 weeks initial program is over but I am going to continue with this! Until the end of July, I’m going to continue everything I am doing now. After that, I will probably adjust my Intermittent Fasting schedule but how I eat now and the workouts I am doing, that will continue! I feel great and strong and the only down side.  . you will probably have to spend money and buy new clothes! For me, it’s been super fun. I just bought some new jeans yesterday and it’s been a joy for me to be able to fit into some of my old clothes again.
