Easy Chili Oil Noodles! Spicy, savory, so delicious and so easy to make! This will become your go to spicy chili oil noodle lunch favorite! The recipe is from Ian Kewks!

I feel like chili oil is having a big moment right now. I mean, it’s always been popular but after the chili oil egg craze and ramen craze, I feel like so many different companies are coming out with chili oil. And if you don’t want to buy chili oil, you can make it! I personally haven’t made one yet homemade, but I’m linking a recipe from Ian Kewks! try his homemade chili oil!

These noodles are the perfect, quick easy meal to make for yourself any time of the year. Simply grab your favorite ramen noodles, or any pasta, boil the noodles, mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl, add the cooked noodles, toss together and enjoy! Doesn’t get any easier than that.

I’m using the Momofuku Tingly chili noodles from their noodle packet because I love the thickness and texture of these noodles. And truth be told: I like this homemade sauce recipe better than the sauce packet that the noodles come with. You’ve got to try this!
