Product Review and Giveaway! Reduce WaterWeek Water Bottles

I can’t believe the school year will be starting in about two weeks! And for some, the school year has already begun.  If you are a parent, you either pack a lunch or give your child some money and hope he/she is making wise decisions on their own when buying lunch at school. If you pack a lunch like me (at least 2-3 times a week), you might be interested in learning about these Kids Kaleidoscope Water Week Water Bottles from Reduce.

I have to admit that I used to always purchase disposable water bottles . .  I drink a ton of water throughout the day – and my kids too. We would have so many empty plastic water bottles that we would store in bags and recycle. We would take them to a recycle center, which made me feel better, but I still feel like reusable water bottles are better. Saves money, reduces clutter in the house and helps the environment.

Plus, hopefully, I am teaching my kids by example with these bottles and the reusable drinking cup tumblers I always use.

Most of you know, it’s crazy town over here. We are selling the house and moving, but will be starting the school year here in Washington. When my daughter started Kindergarten last year, I visited her school cafeteria to check out the layout and what foods they had available etc. I actually prefer having her get a hot lunch but she’s a kid and is a somewhat picky eater so packing her lunch is absolutely a must sometimes. And you’d better believe that we will be using and packing these Kids Kaleidoscope Water Week Water Bottles from Reduce into her lunch bag.

These are great for packing in school lunches, taking to sports practice, games or even a play date. My girls love the designs and different colors and immediately picked out their favorites: the owl water bottle and the heart with the wings! They are BPA Free Plastic, have a sturdy twist off cap just like a water bottle, each bottle has a 10 oz capacity and they come with a refrigerator tray that slides neatly into your fridge! Fill, chill and go! And they are dishwasher safe, so I love these.

You can buy these online here, on Amazon.com, Kohls.com or Kroger stores. And one lucky reader will win a set!!  I hope you give these a try! Good luck.

I try to avoid disposable water bottles and usually take reusable ones with me everywhere. We have a natural spring in my town, so I’m able to fill up a bunch and store them for later use. So much healthier!

Boy I hate to say it but we do use bottled water, everyday. We travel a lot and throw a 24 case in the back of our covered pick-up truck. Then just add to the cooler. To be truthful, I have never thought about re-useable bottles. These are so cool.

No we only use cups or thermos when we leave the house. I think these would be a fun way for our daughter to get her water intake on the go.

I have two sets of Reduce bottles and love the convenience. I think they are better than other bottles that have a straw or other similar lid that is tricky to clean. Crystal in customer service suggested I put them on the top rack of dishwasher so they don’t get misshapen. Thanks!!

I already have a set of the reusable water bottles and my husband and I absolutely love them. I’m also an art teacher at the high school level and I’ve gotten tons of comments on my water bottles. I would absolutely love to win the child size ones!

I do use reusable bottles. The frustrating thing is that I have one favorite reusable bottle, so I am filling it up MULTIPLE times a day! I would love to be able to fill up water bottles all at one time and then grab as I need. That’s why I would LOVE to win! Thanks so much for the giveaway!

Yes, I currently use reusable water bottles. At my previous company, we used to order water bottles. However, we were in a process to move to a new location. To cut cost and be more environmentally friendly, my old manager bought everyone Camelbak’s. I have been using this Camelbak ever since.

We use Sigg bottles currently. My son is starting Kindergarten in the fall and will be taking lunch daily. I want to be able to pack him at least two drinks and these Reuse bottles look like a great option.

We recycle, we free cycle, we try to reuse. We’re vegan and vegetarian. We love animals, we love the earth. BUT, somehow, we found ourselves buying bottled water more than we should have! I thought, “What am I doing?!” I have since purchased some water bottles for my son (age 8), but I haven’t found one I really like. Most have straws that are hard to clean (ewww) and always fall out, or have weird sucking tops. Or they’re not BPA free. The set you posted looks amazing — simple and straightforward, BPA-free, and fun! 🙂 And since it’s a set, I know that if (when!) my little Butter Fingers loses one, we’ll still have more!

My family uses reusable water bottles about half the time. We usually rely on disposable ones for school lunches though because we can get them in a smaller size. I would love to switch to reusable ones for lunches because I really can’t stand being wasteful. I recycle as much as I can, but reusing is even better for the environment. I would love to win these bottles so I could stop buying disposable water bottles entirely! Thanks for the chance to win!

We use reusable water bottles all the time – for a quick drink in the car, water at soccer games, at the office, etc. – I can’t think of a day when we aren’t using them. I’ve never tried the Reduce bottles – right now we use a couple of glass ones from Takeya, which I love – BUT they are heavy and a little skinny. The Reduce bottles look like they come in good sizes – and I love the covers, as opposed to straws. (and the colors are fab!)

I love to drink water and so do my girls, so when we go out to do errands we drink all of our of water (1bottle each)and end up having to buy more. It would be great to have a few extra to bring with us so we don’t run out.
