It’s Fall and pumpkin and pumpkin spice is in the air! So how could I not bring a Pumpkin Spice Smoothie to you today?
This week is all about my favorite things. . and lately – although it’s hard to tell from my Instagram feed– I’ve been on a heathier kick. I usually have a fruit + yogurt smoothie in the morning, about an hour or two before I run. Almost everything in moderation + exercise right?

- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon + more for dusting
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ cup ice
- whipped cream
- cinnamon sticks (optional)
- Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, dust with cinnamon and add a cinnamon stick for a nice touch! Enjoy!
