Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Equipment
- mason jar with lid or any container with lid
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 to 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or chia/ground flax blend
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk any kind
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Toppings: chopped pecans, pepitas, granola, any type of nut butter
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a large mason jar, from the rolled oats to the protein powder. Pour in the milk and mix together until combined. I like a lot of milk so I add about 1 1/2 cups of milk but you can add 1 cup if you like your overnight pats thicker. Cover with lid and place into the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning, remove the lid and give everything one more stir. Add the maple syrup and the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
