Toppings: chopped pecans, pepitas, granola, any type of nut butter
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a large mason jar, from the rolled oats to the protein powder. Pour in the milk and mix together until combined. I like a lot of milk so I add about 1 1/2 cups of milk but you can add 1 cup if you like your overnight pats thicker. Cover with lid and place into the refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, remove the lid and give everything one more stir. Add the maple syrup and the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
