Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing! Homemade is always better in my opinion! Lighter, delicious and so flavorful! I hope you try this dressing!
Caesar salads are one of my favorite salads out there. As a young teen growing up in Dallas, I would often go to La Madeleine and I would always get their caesar salad with chicken. Like I ate this salad sooooooo much it’s crazy. And I never got tired of it. And their dressing is so well loved, they bottled it and they sell it at the cafes and on Amazon.
Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing
As a teenager, I never thought about ingredients or what was in the foods that I was eating. Now, that I am older, I realize how easy it is to make dressings at home. And the best part? You know what’s going in. . you can name all the ingredients. This dressing is made with Greek yogurt. That means it’s protein packed. In my opinion, there’s nothing to feel bad or guilty about.
I used the dressing for a salad today but you can obviously use this dressing for anything. Sandwiches, wraps and dipping raw vegetables. If you want it thicker, add a little less lemon juice and a little more yogurt and Parmesan cheese. I hope you try this! It’s so good!
