Meal Planning

As a woman with a full-time job and mother of two, I understand the ongoing struggle with cooking and putting dinner on the table. We all have crazy schedules and sometimes, frankly, we are just tired.

I don’t cook dinner for my family every night. It’s absolutely okay to heat up something frozen, pick up a ready-made dinner meal from the grocery store or order pizza. But that can get expensive and you don’t always know exactly what you are eating.

We have to feed our children and ourselves and I want to feed my family healthy homemade meals whenever I can. The only thing that works for me is MEAL PLANNING. It takes some time but boy, is it worth it. You’re saving money, you’re cooking, you’re learning more about food, ingredients, what’s in season and more.

Here’s my weeknight dinner Meal Planning Solutions Guide. This is just a framework to help get you started. The rest is up to you!
