Servings 4 .. or one! just for you! Enjoy this tuna salad in a sandwich, salad, in a raw bell pepper or just on its own by the spoonful! In the video, I forgot to add pecans. They are noted below. Edamame would also be a lovely addition to this tuna salad.
1/3 or 1/4cuppickled asparagus or pickled red onions*chopped fine
1/3cupchopped pecans
1tablespoonmayonnaise
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1splasholive oil extra virgin
salt and pepperto taste
Everything but the bagel seasoningto taste; optional
Instructions
Using a large mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Mix, taste and adjust any seasoning as desired. Enjoy this tuna salad in a sandwich, in a salad, in a raw bell pepper or just on its own by the spoonful!
