I made a big batch (great for meal prep!) so I could have some stored in the fridge to eat over a few days. I made 4 tuna melts and stored the rest for later! You will have leftover tuna salad!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl from the tuna to the lemon juice. Mix and taste and adjust anything as needed.
Place tuna on toasted bread slices. Top with cheese slices. Place tuna sandwiches into the oven to bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve with chips and cold ginger ale and more pickles on the side! Enjoy!
Store leftover tuna salad in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy over the next few days if it lasts that long!
