For the dressing:

For the salad:
romaine lettuce
chopped
cucumbers
sliced
pan fried tofu
Instructions
For the dressing: whisk together all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust any ingredients as needed. Set aside.
For the salad: place the romaine and cucumbers in a serving bowl or plate. Top with pan fried tofu. Serve with the dressing and enjoy!
