Cottage Cheese Toasts

Ingredients

  • Multigrain or gluten free toast
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Fresh vegetables or fruit, like tomato slices, cucumbers, radishes and strawberries sliced
  • prosciutto optional
  • Toppings: extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, diced chives, Maldon sea salt flakes, pepper and balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Top your toast with cottage cheese, top with sliced fresh fruit or vegetables, prosciutto (if desired) and lightly drizzle with olive oil, garnish with basil, or diced chives, and season with salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!
  • The strawberry version: Top your toast with cottage cheese, flaky sea salt, add the sliced strawberries, season with flaky sea salt and balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
