Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Place sliced bread on a lined baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce on one piece of bread, and drizzle olive oil on the other side of bread; season with some flaky sea salt. Alternatively, feel free to spread pizza sauce on both sides of the bread if you want to!
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce and add the pepperonis. Top with some finely grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and melty and the bread has browned and toasted a bit.
While the sandwich is in the oven, using a bowl: mix together the chopped romaine lettuce with some caesar dressing and add some finely grated Parmesan cheese.
When the sandwich is ready, remove from oven and add the caesar salad mixture. Top with some pickled red onions. Close sandwich with the other side of bread. Slice and enjoy!
